The marking machine has two side blades used to adjust the application thickness, ensuring a smooth and even application of the hot-melt paint to the road surface at a consistent thickness.
During construction, the hot-melt road marking paint is heated to 180-220 degrees Celsius. The working principle of the hand-push road marking machine is scraping application. At the start of construction, solid powder paint is added to the melting kettle. After melting and becoming a flowing molten state, it is placed into the insulated melting hopper of the hand-push road marking cart. Then, the molten paint is introduced into the marking hopper, and the hopper is kept molten to maintain its temperature. When marking begins, the gap between the marking hopper and the ground is adjusted, allowing the hot-melt road marking paint to flow from the marking hopper into the paint hopper. The marking cart is pushed, and the molten material flows and spreads under its own weight, creating a neat marking line. The equipment is then adjusted, and reflective glass beads are automatically and evenly sprinkled onto the marking line.
