Located in the Bohai New Area of Cangzhou, Hebei Province, the base is the world's first fully-equipped and intelligent road marking material factory, the first of its kind in China and situated within a national-level petrochemical park. Leveraging the locational advantages of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, its strong talent and technological support, and convenient transportation access including high-speed rail and proximity to ports, the base not only fulfills its mission of high-performance, green, intelligent, and sustainable innovation in road marking materials and serves as an industry model, but also primarily serves the northern market and exports to overseas markets.

As the starting point and strategic development hub for TATU Highway Group's nationwide road industry layout, the Tongzhou Bay base integrates the production of "Nantong Traffic Technology" road marking paint, the manufacturing of "NANTONG WELL-ROAD SPECIAL VEHICLE CO.,LTD." road marking equipment, and the "GENY Special Coating" intelligent road marking material demonstration workshop. It undertakes the mission of ensuring the basic business of TATU Highway Group's road marking materials and the research and development and manufacturing of all road marking equipment. It also serves as the global hub for the two major online platforms of "Road Marking Intelligence" and "TATU Highway Group Special Leasing" and "GENY Special Coating" field marking products, and has the logistics and distribution capabilities to radiate the Yangtze River Delta and even the global market.

Located in Pengshan Development Zone, Meishan Area, Sichuan Tianfu New Area, the Sichuan-Chongqing base is TATU Highway Group's second fully-equipped, intelligent road marking material factory located in a petrochemical park. While also fulfilling its mission of promoting high-performance, green, intelligent, and sustainable innovation in road marking materials and serving as an industry model, this base leverages historical development opportunities such as the Western Development Strategy, the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle, and the Western Land-Sea Corridor to provide specialized road marking materials and supporting equipment adapted to the terrain and climate conditions of Southwest China, and even South and Southeast Asia.

Located in the Zhengzhou Airport Economic Zone of the Central Plains Urban Agglomeration, TATU Highway Group's Central China Road Industry Base is the first large-scale comprehensive supply base built in the history of TATU Highway Group's road industry development. After years of continuous business adjustments, the base now leverages its advantageous regional hub location, connecting north and south and linking east and west, to primarily serve as a supply base for a full range of road marking paints and a special service support base.

The soon-to-be-built Greater Bay Area base will be responsible for meeting the supply needs of road marking products and special services in the southern Chinese market, as well as radiating to overseas markets, especially Southeast Asia. The base will integrate functions such as ensuring the supply of road marking raw materials, R&D and production of all types of road marking paints, and supply of special services, in order to comprehensively build a complete industrial development system from raw materials to finished products and then to system services.
