1995
Began research and development on ambient temperature road marking paint and its small marking machine;
1998
Henan Provincial Highway Ancillary Facilities Co., Ltd. was registered and established, pioneering a focused and interactive business model in China that integrates the research and development of traffic safety facilities products, mainly road markings, with their engineering construction and application.
2001
A pilot plant for road marking products was built in Zhengzhou, along with the first resin synthesis workshop for road marking paint in the company's history. The company also proposed a development strategy for the entire road marking industry chain: "stretching vertically and widening horizontally".
2004
Launched the "Shanghai GENY" economical road marking product brand in Shanghai, taking advantage of the locational resources of the Yangtze River Delta region, and pioneered the serialized innovation of the "Field and Yard Series" special road marking products in China.
2007
The first large-scale production base was built in Zhengzhou Airport Economic Zone and the exploration of related road marking business was launched. In the same year, the company won the "Top 20 Patent Application Enterprises in Henan Province" and "Advanced Enterprise in Export Earnings in Zhengzhou City" awarded by the government.
2009
The company headquarters was established in Zhengzhou CBD, and two professional technical research institutes for road marking machinery and road marking materials were set up, which accelerated the development of a full range of road marking businesses and the exploration of group-based operation;
2012
Facing the opportunity of a "sluggish period of industrial investment" characterized by a downturn in the domestic manufacturing industry and a booming real estate market, the company proposed a basic investment-oriented development strategy of "breaking through in the Central Plains" and "creating a differentiated advantage that makes its peers 'despair'". It accelerated the pace of its domestic layout to "develop the company from a regional enterprise to a national enterprise" and the strategic foundation-building pace to "take advantage of the situation to lay the foundation for domestic leadership and transnational development".
2015
The Cangzhou full-series road marking paint production base, the Nantong solid road marking paint production base (Nantong Plant 1), and the Shanghai operation center were established. With the newly established "NANTONG WELL-ROAD SPECIAL VEHICLE CO.,LTD." as the main body, we accelerated the research and development of technologies required for the production of special road engineering vehicles such as road marking vehicles and road clearing vehicles, the construction of bases, and the application for production qualifications. We established a strategic partnership with Greeroad, a well-known global road marking company. Breakthrough progress was made in key strategic tasks such as the layout of bases in major domestic city clusters and the research and development of core technologies for equipment and materials.
2019
The first phase of the Nantong Equipment Manufacturing Base (Nantong Plant 2) was completed and the second phase started construction; the Chengdu full-series road marking paint production base started construction; the Greater Bay Area comprehensive operation base began planning... The hot melt road marking vehicle, high-pressure water cleaning vehicle, normal temperature/two-component road marking vehicle, and several basic ride-on road marking machines with a series of original technologies (invention patents, etc.) have basically completed their finalization and have begun to be launched to the market;
2022
In the years following 2022 , a full range of large-scale road marking construction equipment, including road marking vehicles, removal vehicles, and ride-on road marking machines, as well as intelligent production lines for road marking paints and materials, reached the standards of comprehensive series, superior technology, and rapid upgrading. Traffic safety vehicles such as crash barriers and construction cone collection and distribution vehicles began to be launched into the market in batches. International mainstream high-performance road marking paints and their raw materials, such as long-lasting room temperature road marking paints, nano nylon checkerboard (dot) road marking paints, and polyester high-gloss and high-durability road marking paints, have achieved global industry leadership with their significant advantages of comprehensive categories, high performance, and excellent cost performance, providing indispensable industrial support for the transformation and upgrading of the domestic road marking industry.
2025
The marketing strategy of "'1+N' (domestic regional partnership) regional layout and 'platform' ('Marking Wisdom' marking industry network, 'TATU Highway Group Special Rental' crash protection vehicle rental network, 'GENY Special Coating' yard marking network) digital transformation" was fully launched. Cooperation with major highway management agencies such as domestic expressways was steadily promoted, and the pace of strategic cooperation with representative companies in the global industry was accelerated. Products were exported to more than 100 countries and regions, and the international market influence continued to increase significantly.
In the same year, the construction of the new "NANTONG WELL-ROAD Road Marking New Material R&D and Production Line Project" was approved, and the world's first fully automated road marking new material black light project was started.
