Strengthening strategic cooperation: The company has achieved remarkable results in innovation in highway equipment and road marking paint. Many of its best-selling products have won widespread market acclaim. Global road marking industry leaders such as Atom (Japan), Haug (USA), and STIM (Belarus) have visited Tiantu Road Industry and reached comprehensive cooperation intentions. Its products are exported to more than 100 countries and regions across five continents, accounting for 42% of the group's product exports, and the group's global industry reputation has been greatly enhanced. Strategic cooperation with provincial highway systems such as Hunan Expressway, Ningxia Transportation Investment, Gansu Highway and Tourism, Sichuan Shudao, Zhejiang Transportation Investment, Tianjin Expressway, China Merchants Highway, and Xinjiang Transportation Investment, as well as municipal highway systems such as Xuzhou Highway, has continued to deepen. The demonstration effect of high-performance road marking construction by both parties is prominent. The "1+N" domestic market strategy is steadily advancing, and the group's domestic and international industry influence is increasing day by day.

Transformation and Ecological Development: The Group's efforts to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the road marking industry have gained social recognition. Its development strength, including being recognized as a high-tech enterprise, a specialized and innovative enterprise, an innovative enterprise, a company listed on the Science and Technology Innovation Board, a gazelle enterprise, a star-rated cloud-based enterprise, and a first-of-its-kind equipment enterprise, has been certified by the government. The Group's sustainable development indicators are among the best. Significant progress has been made in the transformation and upgrading of domestic road marking, primarily characterized by "high-value road marking" and "standardized road marking." Good cooperative relationships have been established with more than half of the provincial highway systems in China, and the traditional, manual, workshop-style road marking methods are being rapidly phased out.

Integrating innovative resources: Recruiting outstanding college students with the "Phoenix Talent Strategy," introducing senior talents with the "Open Door Talent Recruitment Strategy," and tapping into top domestic and international innovative resources with the "Only for Our Use Innovation Cooperation Strategy." Merging the group's equipment manufacturing business to become a "Provincial-level Road Marking Machinery Engineering Research Center." A series of special vehicles such as road marking vehicles, melting vehicles, line removal vehicles, glue removal vehicles, and crash protection vehicles, as well as special equipment for highway construction such as hot-melt and two-component ride-on road marking machines, have been basically formed. Many of the equipment have been selected into the Ministry of Transport's Smart and Low-Carbon Recommendation Catalog. The "Road Marking Chemical Engineering Research Center" was established, and successively launched hot-melt structural road marking paints such as nano nylon checkerboard (dot) and square paints, as well as high-performance road marking paints such as polyester high-brightness and high-durability two-component road marking paints.
2020
Reshaping Market Strategy: The group established the strategic development goal of "jointly building a sustainable development ecosystem for the global road marking industry," set up a "Strategic Marketing Department" and a "Brand Management Department," and fully launched a domestic market strategy of "regional layout and digital marketing." New business models were introduced, including the "1+N" market model, the "service-oriented transformation" development model, and the overseas cooperation model of "cultivating international partners through differentiated advantages." In the same year, the group's large-scale base in Sichuan Tianfu New Area began construction.
2017
Simultaneous progress on two fronts: the Cangzhou and Nantong (coating) bases were completed; "Weirdo Special Vehicles" was established and land acquisition and construction began; residential land for the "Weirdo Talent Town" was approved; and the group's hardware construction, including base construction, made rapid progress. The product series of equipment such as lane marking vehicles, lane removal vehicles, and passenger vehicles became increasingly complete; the "Special Vehicle Manufacturing Qualification" was approved; and qualifications such as the World Manufacturing Plant Identification Code and 3C certification were also obtained. Simultaneously, the group invested in Greelude, began introducing its fully intelligent lane marking paint production line, and became its Asia-Pacific exclusive distributor for lane marking products, substantially strengthening the group's soft power in areas such as technology research and development, talent acquisition, and brand expansion.
2012
Launching a Leading Strategy: Initiating two phased development strategies: "Breakthrough in Central China" and "Building a Differentiated Competitive Advantage in All Aspects," accelerating the pace of industrial base layout in five major urban clusters in China, increasing R&D efforts in large-scale line marking equipment and advanced line marking paint, and comprehensively consolidating the foundation for leading development in the industry.
2009
Leapfrog development: The headquarters moved to Zhengzhou CBD, the group's large-scale base in Zhengzhou was completed and put into operation and the second phase of construction began, the group's Zhengzhou Machinery Research Institute was established, the group's Shenzhen Electronics Research Institute was officially established, product innovation has made phased progress, the domestic market share has expanded rapidly, and overseas export business has made great strides.
2006
Group-based operation: "TianTu Road Industry Group" was officially established, and the first large-scale base—Zhengzhou Industrial Park—was built. Two major technology research institutes for road marking machinery and materials were established, venturing into the fields of road signs and traffic electronics. The company obtained "Level II Highway Maintenance Qualification" and "Special Construction Qualification for Traffic Safety Facilities," marking the beginning of its group-based development. During this period, the company received honors such as "Top 20 Patent Applicants in Henan Province" awarded by the Provincial Department of Science and Technology and "Advanced Export Enterprise of Zhengzhou City" awarded by the Zhengzhou Municipal People's Government.
2004
Developing the entire industry chain: Rohm and Haas of the United States authorized Tiantu to use its "QuickCheer" water-based road marking paint trademark free of charge, and established a comprehensive strategic partnership with Tiantu as its sole strategic partner in Greater China. In the same year, it became the domestic strategic partner of Basra, a globally renowned brand of two-component road marking paint from Switzerland, entering the two-component road marking paint field with a high starting point. Simultaneously, Shanghai Genni Company was established, using the "Genni" sub-brand and a "collect all receivables" market strategy to strategically position itself in the "affordable" and "parking/yard" road marking paint sectors.
2001
Expanding business scale: The Zhengzhou Yingbin Road factory and the first production workshop for road marking machinery and the first workshop for special resin for paint were completed, expanding the production scale of mature products by building the factory itself.
1998
Extending related businesses: Establishing "Henan Provincial Highway Ancillary Facilities Co., Ltd." to create a business interaction model of "painting products + painting construction + painting related facilities", accumulating the "first pot of gold" to support development through service enhancement and appropriate business expansion.
1995
Determine the development strategy: Based on the standards of government procurement, sustainable development, and global vision, we determined that the road marking industry would be our strategic focus. Based on the market demand at that time, we decided to start with normal temperature road marking paint and its materials, as well as small road marking machines, to make a steady and accurate first shot in the industry.
