Marking Machine Maintenance and Care
1. The marking machine requires regular maintenance, ideally daily and weekly. Daily maintenance ensures all parts of the machine are free of oil, debris, and dirt, and involves frequent wiping with a clean, soft cloth. Weekly maintenance can be performed every Monday or on a fixed date, lubricating the guide rails (but do not oil the surface of the guide rails with optical or magnetic rulers, and take care not to contaminate them), checking the connections of all components, and inspecting for any other abnormalities.
2. If any abnormalities are found in the marking machine and you are unsure how to operate it, contact a technician immediately. Do not attempt to disassemble it yourself.
3. During and after use, do not step on or collide with the track surface or adjacent surfaces.
4. When hoisting castings, never drag them on the marking platform to avoid damaging the machine.
5. The hoisting of castings onto and off the platform must be directed by a designated person. Castings can only enter and exit from the west or north side of the platform. Strictly prevent collisions with the marking machine's columns or any other parts. During operation, large castings are strictly prohibited from being turned over near the platform. 6. After use, store the line marking machine safely, away from high-traffic areas and entrances/exits of other equipment to prevent accidental collisions.
