To help employees develop good behavioral norms and work rules, comprehensively improve their overall quality, and further enhance the institutionalization, standardization, and scientification of the company's overall management, TATU Highway Group conducted a special 6S management training session for all employees in the conference room on the third floor of the Zhengzhou company.

This training session was hosted by the Group's supervisor, who also served as the main lecturer. Leaders from TATU Highway Group Zhengzhou base, along with nearly 200 employees from the Zhengzhou base, attended the meeting. Employees from other bases in Nantong, Cangzhou, Lanzhou, Chengdu, Guilin, and Nanchang participated via live video streaming.

During the training, the lecturer systematically explained the origin and definition of 6S management. Using specific case studies, the lecturer detailed the 6S elements (sorting, setting in order, sweeping, standardizing, sustaining, and safety) and their implementation points. The lecturer also provided an in-depth explanation of the Group's standardized management methods and the steps and key points for implementing 6S management.

Implementing 6S management is not merely for appearances or prestige. Companies implement 6S internally to bring about substantial change. 6S implementation is not static, nor is it a simple explanation of the terms "sorting," "setting in order," "sweeping," "cleaning," "sustaining," and "safety." The process often requires effectively integrating the basic elements of 6S with the company's specific circumstances. Through this integration, continuous exploration and accumulation of implementation experience tailored to the company's needs are crucial.

This 6S management training is a starting point, not an end. We will continue to promote on-site management, cultivate good habits, improve employee quality, and persevere to make 6S management a part of the corporate culture, contributing to the company's sustained growth in market size and profitability.
