2. Clean the road surface
Use a broom to sweep away debris from the road. If the debris is difficult to remove using conventional methods, use a steel brush grinder to remove stubborn dirt from the road, and then use a wind-powered road cleaner to blow away the debris.

III. Construction Layout
Within the construction section, according to the construction drawings and technical requirements, survey and lay out the lines. During layout, ensure that the lateral deviation of solid lines is within ±10mm, the longitudinal spacing error of dashed lines is within ±20mm, and the length error of the marking lines is within 0-20mm, to facilitate standard control during construction. (A pre-marking machine can be used; it is fast, efficient, and reduces errors.)

V. Marking of Road Markings
For small-scale projects, a single multi-functional hot-melt road marking machine is sufficient, integrating material melting and marking.
Larger projects, such as those on municipal roads, provincial highways, national highways, and expressways, require both a marking machine and a hot-melt autoclave.
During marking construction, the powdered paint is first heated and stirred in the autoclave until it becomes liquid. This liquid paint is then poured into the marking machine for application.

VI. Opening up transportation
After construction is completed, perform proper maintenance on the equipment. Once the road markings are applied and completely dry, retrieve reflective cones, traffic guidance signs, and other safety tools, clean up any construction debris, and restore traffic flow.
