Since July 20th, a massive rainstorm has swept through Henan Province. Zhengzhou, Xinxiang, Hebi, Anyang, and surrounding areas were instantly flooded, causing widespread disruption to roads, railways, bridges, and communications. Tens of thousands of people in many villages were trapped by the floodwaters. The lack of water, electricity, and internet access, along with shortages of supplies, posed a significant threat to the lives and property of the people, resulting in incalculable economic losses. In Anyang, northern Henan, the city's traffic lights were paralyzed due to power and internet outages caused by the Baisipo flood discharge and Typhoon "Fireworks," severely impacting urban traffic congestion and hindering subsequent rescue efforts. A batch of solar-powered mobile traffic lights was urgently needed to ensure the orderly operation of urban traffic.

Upon learning of this situation, Tiantu Road Industry Group immediately allocated a batch of solar-powered mobile traffic lights and donated them to the Anyang Municipal Public Security Traffic Police Detachment.
