The festive atmosphere of the New Year has just faded, and good news keeps coming from TATU Highway GroupMarket.
On February 15, 168 tons of Tiantu hot-melt road marking paint were packed at TATU Highway Group Zhengzhou base and are about to be shipped to Qingdao Port for sea transport to Zambia.

In terms of road marking paint production technology, we collaborated with top domestic and international paint technology R&D institutions to implement the "Road Marking Paint Standardization Upgrade Plan" in line with benchmark companies in Europe and the United States. In terms of road marking paint production, we joined hands with top global production line suppliers to build two smart factories in Cangzhou and Chengdu, and successively completed the full automation transformation of the paint production facilities at the group's original base, ending the backward history of not having a "smart road marking paint fully automated production line" in China.
In terms of road marking construction services, we have built a world-class and the largest modern production base for special road equipment in China. We have been approved as the only domestic manufacturer of special vehicles for marking and removing/washing lines. We have developed world-leading marking vehicles, line removal/washing vehicles, and crash buffer vehicles. This has enabled the domestic road marking construction industry to complete its transformation and upgrading to meet international mainstream construction methods. It has also provided industrial and product support for the promotion of the "marking train" advanced construction method in the domestic road marking industry.
In addressing industry pain points, the company pioneered the development of nylon road marking paint, which is paired with Tiantu's "Weirdo" road marking vehicle. This completely solves the industry problem of the difficulty in popularizing "nano nylon checkerboard rain night markings"—a type of true rain night marking that combines multiple functions such as rain night reflection, water repellency, road protection, aesthetics, durability, and vibration warning—in China, which is common in developed countries in Europe and America. This also ends the frustrating history of promoting "high-brightness hot-melt markings"—a so-called "rain night marking"—which has been common in China in recent years due to its high price and low cost-effectiveness.
