1. Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and summarizing domestic and international industry technical information, and based on this, forming relatively complete industry demand survey reports, system development project proposal reports, and review reports;

Responsible for the design of the overall technical solution for the product's supporting electronic and electrical systems, calculation of technical parameters, design of production drawings (including basic drawing design and PLM, etc.), selection of related configurations, and promotion of R&D progress;
3. Responsible for timely guidance and resolution of technical problems encountered in the production, procurement, and inspection of the developed electronic and electrical systems to ensure normal production;
4. Responsible for compiling product technical documents such as cost accounting sheets, product test outlines, inspection and acceptance standards, user manuals, technical agreements for purchased components, and enterprise standards for the developed electronic and electrical systems;
5. Responsible for providing technical guidance on the manufacturing and debugging of the developed electronic and electrical systems, system performance and operation training, and after-sales service;
6. Responsible for continuously optimizing the electronic and electrical systems of products already on the market based on customer feedback, and simultaneously completing the development of electronic and electrical systems for new products in line with the overall product upgrade;
7. Responsible for providing guidance on the skills and performance of the general engineers under their supervision.
1. Bachelor's degree or above in electrical or electronic engineering or related fields, with extensive experience in the research and development of electrical and electronic systems for mechanical equipment;
2. Solid fundamental skills, strong logical thinking ability, strong work ethic, disciplined, efficient, meticulous, and capable of leading and completing project research and development;
3. Proficient in using common electrical and electronic design software.
