A delegation from Xinjiang Transportation Investment and Maintenance Group visited TATU Highway Group's Cangzhou base.
Recently, a group of technical backbones from Xinjiang Jiaotong Jiaotong Safety Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Xinjiang Jiaotong Maintenance Group, visited the Cangzhou production base of TATU Highway Group to conduct exchanges and special technical training on the production process, quality control, and testing of hot-melt road marking paint.
TATU Highway Group warmly received the visitors and accompanied them through the production workshop, intelligent control center, and standardized laboratory, providing them with a firsthand understanding of the entire process of hot-melt road marking paint production, from raw material intake to finished product inspection.

From raw material selection, precise feeding, and scientific proportioning, to mixing, processing, finished product molding, and warehousing inspection, TATU Highway Group technicians provided a systematic explanation of the main production processes for hot-melt road marking paint, focusing on the impact of key parameters such as temperature, proportioning, and production rhythm on product quality and performance.

Through on-site observation and exchange, the visitors gained a deeper understanding of TATU Highway Group's practices in standardized production, full-process quality control, and intelligent manufacturing of hot-melt road marking paint. At the TATU Highway Group 's standardized laboratory in Cangzhou, both parties conducted in-depth exchanges on the testing and inspection technology of hot-melt road marking paint. TATU Highway Group technical personnel systematically explained the standardized sampling, sample sealing, pretreatment, and testing procedures for raw materials and finished paints, combining relevant industry standards and actual testing processes.
The training focused on key performance indicators such as softening point, compressive strength, weather resistance, heating stability, and abrasion resistance. Visitors, under the guidance of technical personnel, conducted instrument debugging, calibration, and testing operations, further mastering key aspects of data interpretation, common error analysis, routine equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting.
